What is Disabled access credit?
The disabled access credit is a federal tax credit for small businesses incurring expenses to provide access for persons with disabilities. The credit equals 50% of qualified expenditures between $250 and $10,250, providing up to $5,000 annually. Eligible businesses must have $1 million or less in gross receipts or 30 or fewer full-time employees.
